Change of mind

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Once earrings have been posted, we can not accept their return and resell for hygiene reasons.

We spend a lot of time making sure our photos and descriptions of products are accurate so you can make an informed choice.

Faulty item or damaged in post

If you have received your earrings and they are damaged or faulty, please email hello@fredandginger.co asap. Please email us with a description of the fault/damage and a picture. In a majority of instances we will replace your items if there is a manufacturing fault or damage due to poor packaging. Of course, we take the utmost care making and wrapping all of our pieces and go to great lengths to ensure they are delivered in the way they were sent.

We do ask that you send the damanged/faulty earrings back to us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
